In-network insurance

Insurance plans I accept.

I'm currently in-network with the following insurance providers. If you have one of these plans, I can bill them directly, and you are typically responsible for your copay or coinsurance.

• Carelon Behavioral Health

Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify telehealth coverage and any deductible before we begin.

Out-of-network

If I'm not in your network.

Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health care. If you'd like to use those benefits, I'll provide a monthly superbill, an itemized statement you can submit to your insurer for partial reimbursement.

Helpful questions to ask your insurer:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What's my out-of-network deductible? Have I met it?
• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
• Is telehealth covered?
• Do I need pre-authorization?
